Cloisonné is one of the famous traditional techniques in enamelling. It needs lot of patience to define the details and get perfection. The making of a cloisonné piece requires rather elaborate and complicated processes. Texturing on the base metal, designing with metal wire, filling of enamels into cloisons, firing, polishing & stoning, these all steps require great care to get perfect result.
Students will learn how to texture silver sheet and cut the required shapes out of it and entire process of enamelling.
